Adult Services

The Comprehensive Assistance with Recovery and Empowerment (CARE) Program is for individuals age 18+ with a serious mental illness.

CARE services are collaborative, person-centered, and individualized. They are based on the strengths and needs of individuals. CARE promotes recovery, community integration, and improved quality of life for persons who have been diagnosed with a mental health disorder that seriously impairs their ability to lead meaningful lives. CARE services focus on helping individuals develop skills and access resources needed to increase their capacity to be successful and satisfied in the living, working, learning, and social environments of their choice. At CACS, all adult services apply evidence-based practice (EBP) which involves the integration of clinical experience, patient preference, and research evidence.
