provides an eligible service to an eligible client. Typically, payment is for 15 minute units of service. CACS has a variety of funding sources. The largest of these include Medicaid, state contracts, corporate contracts, private insurance and Medicare, as well as self-pay, United Way, contributions and other smaller sources.
